- Please note: Design or style swaps are not offered.

In most cities, we provide a convenient doorstep exchange: our rider will pick up and deliver the replacement in one go. If this service isnβt available in your area, weβll coordinate an alternative.

- The item must be unused and returned in original packaging β this includes jewellery pouches and bag tags.
Refund Details:
- Refunds are processed via bank transfer.
- We only refund the product price β delivery charges are non-refundable.
